Jamie will guide you through meditations to awaken the senses and the chakras, using a uniques blend of essential oils, and creating a dynamic yoga and movement class.

Cancellation Policy

Please consider and cancel giving at least 36 hours in advance or you may be charged in full. I set aside time to be with you and look forward to our time together. I consider it sacred time with you. When you book a session with me I ask that you consider it the same for you, sacred time for yourself and with each other. Thank you! I appreciate your time.
